How do I raise a ticket in the Support Centre?
To raise a ticket for a problem you are encountering you will need to be signed into the Support site.
To sign in you must be a registered user. As a registered user you can submit tickets and track their progress, and view the most recent Help Centre activities under the "My Area" section.
If you are a registered user of pangaea, you will automatically have access to this support site.

If you are not a registered pangaea user, please ask your administrator to request your name and email to be added to our database.
