Linking Student accounts to Parent accounts is a great way for parents to stay updated with their child's school work. Through the use of a unique Parent Code, parent accounts can be linked to a student account and therefore view their child's Class or Group information. For parents who have more than one student using pangaea, parents can use the same Parent account to link to more than one Student account once they have each child's unique Parent Code.

Where can I find my child's Parent Code on their pangaea account (Web)?

On the Web, a parent or student can find the student's Parent Code by simply doing the following:

1. Log in to the Student account
2. Find the Parent Code at the right panel of the home page

Where can I find my child's Parent Code on the pangaea app (Mobile)? 

In the pangaea App, a Parent or Student can find the Student's Parent Code by simply doing the following: 

1. Log in to the Student account 
2. Click on the Student's Profile Picture in the upper left corner of the screen
3. Tap Edit Profile printed underneath your student's name
4. The Parent Code is written in blue font just below the Invite Parent button

How can my child's Teacher help me find my Parent Code?

Teachers can find a student's Parent Code by simply doing the following: 

1. Navigate to the Class from the left panel
2. Select the Members tab from the bar under the class header
3. Click More  to the right of the student's name
4. Select Parent Code

Teachers can view all connected parents and have the ability to reset a Parent Code if necessary.
